SECTION 02 / HOW WE WORK

Gas Safe on every connection

Every gas-connected job - domestic or commercial - is signed off by a Gas Safe registered engineer. Certificates lodged, paperwork retained, statutory compliance audited annually and verifiable on request.

Plant rooms designed to be maintained

When we install a plant room we're thinking about the year-five service. Pipework runs, isolation valves, pump access, descaling points - designed so the maintaining engineers (us, on year ten) can work without scaffolding and rework.

Reactive callouts for leaks & breakdowns

Burst pipes, boiler dropouts, blocked drains. Mobile plumbing crews dispatched from the helpdesk with pump spares, pipework and the diagnostic kit. Same trade, same team, no second-tier subcontractor.
