One contractor, whole estate

Most FM clients have to call three or four contractors to cover the building fabric - partitioning, decorating, glazing, roofing, drainage. We carry it all in-house. One PO, one site induction, one set of method statements.

Adapting the building as the business changes

Walls move, headcounts grow, floors get reconfigured. Our fabric crew adapts the working space without disrupting the operation - phased works, evening and weekend slots, decanting and reinstatement.

Statutory testing tracked

Fall-arrest eye-bolts certified annually, fire-stopping logged, fire curtains tested, lift contracts coordinated. The certificates land in the same compliance file as your gas, electrical and refrigeration paperwork.
