A mixed-use commercial scheme on the SW1X edge of Knightsbridge - offices upstairs, retail at street level, all running on the same landlord plant. The kind of building where the tenant mix changes but the systems have to stay current.

Plant maintenance for the building - chillers and primary HVAC - with reactive callout to the office and retail tenants when something goes down.
