The Barbican Centre - Grade II listed, opened 1982, designed by Chamberlin, Powell and Bon. Britain's largest performing arts venue: 2,000-seat concert hall, 1,150-seat theatre, the Pit, three cinemas, art gallery, library, conservatory and the residential estate around it. Substantial MEP plant for one of London's most architecturally protected complexes.
