With concerns over infections in the workplace we have looked at our regular maintenance operations and how we can implement procedures to help reduce the spread of bacteria, the reason for this is to protect you our clients and your guests & employees.

 

Step 1. All internal fan coil units will be sprayed with an Anti-bacterial cleaner QX -60 which kills 99.9% of bacteria and fungi in less than 60 seconds.

 

Reason. Bacteria, fungi and other microbes growing on air conditioning coils cause allergic reactions and can also spread diseases.

Step 2. Apply and spray Guardian to all fan coil units.

Reason.  Delays and inhibits the growth of bacteria, mould & fungi growing between visits, it lasts up to 3 months.    

 

Step 3. Apply Super Clean heavy duty condenser cleaner to the external plant.

 

Reason. Highly concentrate and effective, it will safely remove a wide range of contaminants commonly found in condensers.

 

Carrying out this procedure will help reduce the number of employees sick days which have financial and performance issues, it will also show you care for their well-being.
